Who we are

Xenvia (xenvia.io) is an independent rate comparison tool for international money transfers. We are not affiliated with any of the listed providers.

What we collect

We collect minimal data to operate and improve the service:

• Click data: When you click a "Go to Site" button, we log which provider you clicked, the currency corridor, and the timestamp. We do not log your IP address or any personal identifier.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — page views, which features are used, and approximate geographic location (country/city level). See the Third-party services section below for details.
• Server logs: Standard web server logs (page requests, HTTP status codes). These are retained for up to 30 days for debugging purposes.

What we do not collect

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or payment details.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

Xenvia uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity). A notice is shown on your first visit. You can dismiss it, and it will not reappear. If you prefer to opt out of analytics cookies entirely, you can use browser extensions such as Google Analytics Opt-out or enable "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may also set advertising cookies. You can manage these via Google Ad Settings.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics 4: We use GA4 to understand site traffic and usage patterns. Google collects data such as pages visited, events triggered, approximate location, and device type. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Opt out: GA Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Microsoft Clarity: We use Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings to understand how users interact with the page. Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behaviour. No personal data (names, emails, payment details) is recorded. Governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement. Opt out: enable "Do Not Track" in your browser.
• Google AdSense: We display ads served by Google. Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Our database is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL). No personal data is stored in our database.

Data retention

Aggregated click counts (provider, corridor, date) are retained indefinitely to understand which providers are most useful to our users. Individual server request logs are deleted after 30 days.
